You can pay for the funeral product by Visa credit/debit card; MasterCard credit/debit card or by bank transfer.
You can pay in full straight away or pay a £500 deposit to enable collection of the deceased and then the balance within 3 working days.
For all cremation funeral products all the costs required are included except medical fees. This is because medical fees are not payable in Scotland and are only payable in England and Wales when a coroner’s report is not required. Should medical fees be payable the additional cost would be £164.

On the Direct and Value products only collection of deceased from private address or residential home is an additional cost of £100. There is no additional cost for collection from a hospital or hospice.

Should you wish the cremated remains to be returned as opposed to being collected from the crematorium the charge would be £100. There is no charge for collection of the cremated remains from the crematorium.

The Burial product does not include the burial plot or burial fees, these would be paid for separately by you.

In all cases should an oversized coffin be required due the height and or weight of the deceased the additional cost would be £240.

The most common method of preservation when the deceased is in care prior to the funeral is refrigeration however should you require embalming the cost for this service is £200.
Additional limousines can be provided at a cost of £200 each.

On the Value and Select products you can choose to upgrade the coffin from standard to superior at a cost of £100.

Should you wish the deceased to be collected out side of office hours the cost would be £250.
Usually the deceased is collected within 2 hours of your request and confirmation of the funeral product booking during office hours.
Use of the chapel of rest to visit the deceased is included in the Select, Signature, Premium and Burial funeral products.
No, however this service can be provided if requested.
Yes, in the case of cremation with a service you can choose any crematorium in the UK.

For burials the service location is of your choosing and the place of burial is where the burial plot has been purchased.
You can choose how you wish the service to be conducted including if the service is to be religious or humanist.

We will of course make sure you are provided with all the help and support you need in planning the service to make sure it meets with your requirements.

These services can be provided at an extra cost

No, if the deceased is abroad you will need to arrange for transportation back to the UK and we can arrange collection from a port or airport.
Yes, music is included and you can choose what music you would like to be played.

If you require an organist this will be dependent on the crematorium or cemetery and there may be an additional charge for the organist.
We refer clients to the National Bereavement Service, a non for profit organisation, that can be contacted for free on 0800 0246 121 during the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm on a Saturday.

They have a team of trained bereavement experts on hand to talk to you about your circumstances and they will help and guide you through any questions or queries you have and provide practical guidance.

Our funeral products do not include notices in newspapers. However we can provide help and support for this to be done and you will need to pay the rate charged by the relevant newspaper for the notice.
Flowers are not included in our funeral products. We can provide help and support for flowers to be provided. You will need to pay the amount charged by the florist for flowers, please note the florist may charge extra for delivery if the flowers are not collected. You do not have to have flowers provided by a florist if you prefer you can provide flowers yourself, or not have flowers - it is entirely your choice.
A printed order of service is not included in our funeral products and can be provided at an extra cost. Alternatively you could print yourself of arrange separately. It is worth noting that many crematoria and cemetery include screens in the chapels that can display the order of service visually. When you arrange a funeral using our service all help and support will be provided to make sure the funeral service is as you wish including order of service requirements.
